American Investment Corporation S. A. (“AIC”) acts as a principal and partner and/or exclusive representative of other principals who are interested in purchasing commercial and/or residential real estate in Costa Rica. AIC’s Chairman and CEO, Don Williams, CCIM, has over 30 years experience in real estate, he is an honor graduate from college with studies specializing in Law, Real Estate, Economics and Management.
